At Puffin Drinkwear, we want your beverages to stay dressed to impress; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Puffin

  Place the unused drinkwear in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during its journey back to our nest.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
